& Garden House Designs Coventry Pool & Garden Houses South Hampton, Pennsylvania The client for this project was looking to develop a plan book for pool houses. The intent was to create a book of pool house designs offering a wide selection varying in style and size.

The project became an exploration into style. The fourteen designs included in the book ranged from Victorian to Beaux Arts. The Art Deco Styled Pool House to the left has a smaller iteration without the porch. "The Captain's Paradise,
a little Art Deco jewel box is quite wonderful." |

The Spanish Baroque Pool House is a simple gabled structure nestled behind a masonry facade recalling the roof lines and walls of Spanish Baroque Architecture.

This last example recalls images of Southwestern architecture. The large brick trimmed arch draws you into the pool house. After passing through the arch one becomes aware of the covered exterior space organized around a masonry barbeque and chimney.
