Fisher Grounds
Barto, Pennsylvania

The landscape design was lead by Jonathan Alderson Landscape Architects.  Here tall grasses dominate the foreground in a lower meadow view of the home and outbuildings.

From the master bedroom balcony one can see the outbuildings and the hillside meadow.

Here the lower meadow edged with perennials serves as the foreground to the house.

Viewed from across the meadow, the pool house and garage serve as the backdrop for the pool area nestled within the landscape.

Again calculated plantings serve to reinforce and set off the utilitarian structures.

The courtyard formed by the outbuildings define the vegetable garden.

Set strategically in the meadow is a star gazing terrace anchored with low plantings.  The pool house and garage are in the background.

Perennials line the fence enclosing the pool and hot tub.

From the entry of the pool house one sees the hot tub with the hillside meadow off in the distance.

Off to the left is the organic shaped pool tucked against the edge of the woods.  The curb-less pool has a natural appearance as grass and boulder come right up to the edge.
